Fr. Mbaka Warns His Members Against Protest For The Banning Of Adoration Ministry

Rev. Fr. While Mbaka have condemned the protest of his member of  Adoration Ministry Enugu State.

He had earlier issued negative comments to to presidency aspiration of Peter Obi who is the presidential candidate of the Labour Party which led to the Diocese of Enugu State placing a ban on his Ministry through Bishop Callistus Onaga, and this led to his followers going out to protest against the ban and he has reacted to the protest.

Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka said he never knew of the protest neither did he sanction it. He said that he welcomed the ban on his ministry wholeheartedly and therefore, he closed down the Adoration Ministry.

He then told his members to stop attacking or insulting Bishop Callistus Onaga because the Bishop is the Shepherd of the Church of the Enugu Catholic Church Diocese.

May I, therefore, appeal to the faithful, in particular members of Adoration Ministry Enugu, Nigeria, to remain calm and united with the body of Christ in the Diocese and also refrain from any measure of violence either in action or by abusive utterances and also desist from insulting and attacking Bishop Callistus Onaga, he said.

He also reminded them that all the Adoration Ministry activities have been shut down till further notice.
