Kwankwaso had an interview section with Channels Television where he disclosed that the problems they are facing to merge NNPP and LP are coming from the side of the Labour Party.
He told Channels Television that they are still talking about merging, but there are some problems attached to it.
He said that the problems are coming from the side of the Labour party. He said that it is very sad that Peter Obi is still on good terms with some PDP politicians, a political party that he had left some time ago. He said there’s the possibility of Peter Obi working with PDP against NNPP.
He also said that working with PDP is like a distraction to the merging of NNPP and LP.
He also said that he can’t be Vice President to Peter Obi because he has more qualifications than Peter Obi politically.
He also said that the merging plan is still in between the two parties, but the problems they are facing to make that come to reality are coming from the side of the Labour party.
