Yesterday being Monday; September 19, 2022, the Nnewi Royal Cabinet led by Chief Dan Ulasi paid Senator Ifeanyi Ubah a condolence visit at his residence in Abuja to commiserate with him over the unfortunate assassination attempt on his life and loss of his aides/security personnel.
Chief Ulasi condemned the heinous attack and prayed for the peaceful repose of the souls lost in the gruesome killing. Chief Ulasi further urged the state and Federal Government to put proactive security measures in place to safeguard the lives of Ndi Anambra who are now living in fear.
Senator Ifeanyi Ubah also received in audience, the Nnewi Community Meeting in Abuja which was led by Arc. Ude Ikeotuonye who bemoaned the barbaric attack and called on the Government to intensify efforts to bring the perpetrators to justice. Arc. Ikeotunye described Senator Ifeanyi Ubah as an illustrious Nnewi who has gone above and beyond to ensure the wellbeing of Ndi Nnewi and Ndi Igbo at large. While committing the souls of the departed into the hands of God, he prayed God to protect and guide Senator Ubah in all his endeavors.
