This is why eating them before going to bed can make it very hard for you to control your urge to urinate.

2) Pineapple:

Pineapple is another very healthy fruit. However, eating it at night before bedtime can trigger your urge to urinate frequently at night. This is because pineapple is acidic.

3) Apples:

Apart from citrus fruits, apples and even bananas can make you urinate constantly.

This is why it is best to avoid such fruits before bedtime.

4) Tomatoes:

Tomatoes is another acidic fruit that should not be eaten at night.

Eating too much tomatoes can bother your bladder and also also cause you to urinate frequently at night.
