The Chairman of the Young Progressive Party (YPP), in Abia State, Nelcinn Chimex Uluocha, has vowed that the party would take over the governance of the state in 2023 and render efficient and quality services to the people.

He spoke at a massive rally to unveil the candidates under the platform of the YPP, held at Ngwa High School, Aba during the weekend.

Uluocha reiterated the readiness of the party to change the status quo and position the state on the path of growth and development, admonishing the youths and all progressive-minded Abians who long for a better Abia to embrace the YPP.

Speaking during the event, the National Chairman of the Young Progressive Party, Bishop Amakri, expressed satisfaction with the massive support the party enjoys in Abia State, saying YPP candidates will deliver dividends of democracy to the state.

Governorship candidate of Young Progressive Congress (YPP) in Abia State, Enyinnaya Nwafor and his running mate Chima Desmond Anyaso has said the era imposition in Abia politics was over.

They assured Abians that the will make Abia State the envy of other state and urge ndi Abia to ensure the register and get their permanent voters card (PVC)
