These foods have a lot of unhealthy ingredients like sugar, salt, and fat. They also have a lot of refined carbs.

4. Salt

5. Sugar

6. Alcohol

People with inflammatory arthritis should cut back on or stop drinking alcohol altogether can make their symptoms worse.

Some research has also shown that drinking alcohol can make gout attacks happen more often and hurt more.

7. Foods with a lot of saturated fat

But not all fats are used for the same thing. For a healthy heart and other organs, you need to eat a lot of “good fats” like those in avocados, olive oil, and almonds.

Trans fats, on the other hand, can cause inflammation and are often found in processed foods, fried foods, fast food, and sweets like doughnuts.
