The presidential candidate of the people’s democratic party, Atiku Abubakar has said that he will hand over federal universities to state government if elected president come 2023 [channels television].
Atiku Abubakar made the remarks as a panelist while sharing his plans ahead of the 2023 general elections at the 2022 annual general conference of the Nigerian bar association holding at the Eko Atlantic city, Lagos.
The 2022 annual general conference of the Nigerian bar begins today, Monday, 22nd August, 2022 and expected to end on the 26th of August, 2022.

According to the NBA, the candidates of the APC and NNPP did not confirm their availability for the event.
