APC Expels Sen. Ishaku Abbo After Criticizing Bola Tinubu On Live Interview

The ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) has expelled the Senator representing Adamawa Northern Senatorial Zone Mr Ishaku Abbo for criticizing and lambasting its presidential candidate during live interview with AIT television.

The party after consultations with ward stakeholders, considered his action as anti party activities which necessitate his dismissal from the ruling party as confirmed by Bellnewsonline.com.

Senator Ishaku Abbo, ex Secretary to the Government of the Federation Mr Babachir David Lawal, and few others have been the dissenting voices criticizing the choice of Muslim Muslim ticket by the ruling party. Senator Ishaku Abbo repeatedly condemned the decision of the party during his recent interview on live TV which attracted conflicting reactions among members of the APC.

His expulsion letter was signed by 13 party executives after carefully reviewing his anti party conduct. This signifies that Senator Ishaku Abbo is no longer part of the ruling party. The senator resigned from Tinubu support organization recently after nomination of Kashim Shettima as Vice Presidential candidate.
