Drinking water after we eat is healthy, but what you may not know is that drinking water immediately after eating can be very bad for your overall health.

When you drink water immediately after eating, it can dilute your essential gastric juices, and this can make digestion very difficult, and increase insulin levels, which is definitely something you do not want.

For the purpose of this article, we are going to be looking at some reasons why we should not drink water immediately after eating.
