A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ariyi Emami, has claimed that the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu is not a Yoruba man.
According to a publication made on Bellnews Online, Emami said Tinubu is the best presidential candidate, and he doesn’t need a lot of advertisements.
Further speaking, the Chieftain described the Tinubu-Kashim Shettima ticket as a good product that the ruling party can easily market.
While he assured Tinubu’s ambition to become the president, he said Tinubu is from the South South region, Delta State precisely.
Emami said;
“I can boldly tell you that Asiwaju is from Delta State. Being that he is from Delta, Asiwaju is from South-South.”
Now that Emami has said Tinubu is from Delta State, what makes us believe this is not another campaign strategy to win the people of South South?
Recall that Tinubu has been talked about recently after what transpired at the unveiling ceremony of his vice presidential candidate.
