An APC chieftain and a the Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Government on Drainage and Water Resources Matters, Engr Joe Igbokwe has reacted to the sad news about the assassination of Mr Okechukwu Okoye who is the house of Assembly member representing Aguata 2 in the Anambra State House of Assembly.
The politician was earlier in the week, kidnapped by some unknown gunmen.
Despite the call by the governor of the state, Professor Chukwuma Soludo for the release of the lawmaker, he was reportedly killed, and beheaded with his head seen hanging on a pole in Amichi, Anambra State.
Joe Igbokwe has come out to reveal those behind the evil act.
Mr Joe Igbokwe took to his Facebook account to react to the sad and bizarre event and said “when you think you have heard enough bad news from southeast another despicable news will hit you like a bomb.
A law maker in Anambra House of Assembly has just been beheaded by IPOB”.
