President Muhammadu Buhari, on Sunday, expressed worry over insecurity in Nigeria.
The president, during his 2022 Democracy Day broadcast to the nation on Sunday in Abuja, urged Nigerians to be prayerful over insecurity as the government is also working hard to address the issue.
He also told Nigerians to assist the government by reporting suspicious or criminal activities because the government alone can not do it. They should continue praying for victims of kidnappings and killings. His heart is heavy for those unfortunate victims, and he is doing everything possible to help them regain their freedom.
President Buhari has also promised to continue to seek justice for the families of those killed by terrorists in the country.
He won’t stop until those held captive are freed and their perpetrators are brought to book.
Some of the equipment they got three years ago has arrived and is being utilized to reduce criminal activities in the country.
