Veteran Nollywood actor, Nkem Owoh, popularly known as Osuofia has neither confirmed nor denied the viral claim that he was offered N10 million from the camp of Bola Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2023 election.

Bellnews Online reports that it is being speculated that Osuofia was initially offered the “usual N5 million” to endorse Tinubu, but he declined. And when the offer was allegedly doubled on account of his worth, he still allegedly refused.

Reacting to the report, the veteran actor said he has no interest in politics.

“I don’t want to confirm it, I am not interested in politics,” he told Bellnews online on Tuesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, while Osuofia reportedly rejected Tinubu’s money to support his presidential bid, his colleague, Zach Orji, endorsed the former governor of Lagos State, and his running mate, Kashim Shettima.

Orji expressed his belief that Tinubu will develop Nigeria’s economy, adding that the presidential hopeful ran an all-inclusive government during his time as governor of Lagos State.
