The Apostle of New Covenant Of God Mission and Presiding Archbishop of Masterseed College of Bishops and Ministers Network Nigeria and USA, Archbishop (Prof.) Emma David Okafoagu JP2, The Lion of Africa, has explained why he led a Team to go on visitation to Mr. Chidozie Nwangwu a.k.a.Akwa Okuko, at the Nigerian Prison Service Awka (Custodial Correctional Centre Awka).
Akwa Okuko who is presently serving a jail Term of 11 Months for alleged money making ritual is presently incarcerated at the Nigerian Prison Awka.
Among those that accompanied the Archbishop are Don Peter Okoro JP-UN, the Archbishop’s wife, Mr. Ifeanyi David Okoye and Mrs. Thelma Ubianuju Okoye.
Speaking in an exclusive interview shortly after the visit, the erudite man of God who is well-known for his audacious moves hinted that it is part of his calling to visit and take care of those in distress.
He reminded that the primary purpose of his Ministry is to reach out to those in physical and spiritual difficulties.He stated that going to see Mr. Nwangwu a.k.a. Akwa Okuko is the right thing to do under the present circumstance, because Jesus did not come for the righteous, but came to save those that have missed the way. And as a father it is incumbent upon him to make sure that every child must be helped to find the Truth.
He said his reason is to bring Akwa Okuko to the knowledge of the Truth of God’s Word,which is able to save his soul and deliver him from destruction.
On his message to Akwa Okuko he said that he assured him this is a passing phase which God want to use to refine him and bring him close to Himself.
He said he made him to understand that the power is in him (Akwa Okuko) and not in any other external forces and fetish activities. And that all he needs to do is to look inward and develop his spiritual potentials, instead of engaging in fetish activities.
He encouraged him to surrender his life to Christ so that God can give him a better and more glorious life. Archbishop Okafoagu narrated how he has fought and defeated many evil forces and subdued the kingdom of darkness.
He talked about how he singlehandedly stopped the Ayaka Masquerade in Nnewi, how he evacuated Edo Nnewi from the site where the New Spare part Market has been built, how he evacuated Mmiliele from its site to make way for the culvert and the road leading to the Local Government Council area to be constructed, how he successfully killed all the native cows in Nnewi and Ichi and other great exploits he has carried out in Anambra State and Igboland as a whole.
Asked if he won’t be embarrassed if people start accusing him of being in cahoot with Akwa Okuko and how some might even say he is the one giving him power? He replied that things like that don’t bother him, because he has passed that stage.
He said Jesus who is his Master is the Head of all Principalities and Powers and since Jesus has emptied Himself into him, he is now the head of all those principalities and power. He said all the warlocks, occultic men and women, witches, wizards and diabolical people are all under his spiritual control and they obey him.He called on Christians all over to unite and bring down the enemy of God who is the devil.
