Reverend Chris Okotie, the founder and general overseer of Household of God Church, called on all presidential candidates in the next general election to withdraw and support him in taking over President Muhammad Buhari as interim president, he made this statement while celebrating his 63rd birthday in Lagos.
According to him, the country is in a mess and he’s the only one fit enough to solve the present situation in Nigeria. He urged the candidates of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu and that of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, as well as Atiku of the People Democratic Party (PDP), to step down and support him fully so he can step in and do the right thing to correct the wrongs already in the country’s system.
He further called out the flag bearer of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, that he shouldn’t waste his time, because the system that introduced him cannot take him anywhere, and that this very system is different from what he knows.
