The Founder/President of a Foremost Women Organization in Nigeria, known as Women Ambassadors, Amb.Mrs.Rosemary Uju Chukwuma has revealed why she has decided to upgrade the activities of the Organization to a higher level.
Addressing a Press Conference on Friday the 16th of January 2026, at the Corporate Office of the Organization along Igwe Orizu Rd,Otolo Nnewi, Anambra State, the beautiful and amiable Lady pointed out that this New Year is going to witness a lot of Fresh Initiatives and Ideas that will boost the Image of the Organization and enhance its public perception. In her words:
“We have been quietly and silently carrying out a lot of empowerment and soul lifting activities in the past, but now, we have decided to upgrade. To mark this New Heights we are stepping into, on Saturday the 31st of January 2026, we’ll be having a Dual Program.
The First is the Empowerment of Widows, The Needies and The Less Privileged Members Of The Society and The Other is the Presentation of Awards To Deserving Individuals who have shown their mettle in philanthropic and humanitarian activities over time.””
Speaking further, she said:
“Women Ambassadors is an Organization founded on basic principles of high Moral values. We organize women and teach them on what it takes to be a virtuous woman. We teach them which path to take in order for them to become the women of Excellence they are meant to be.
We teach them how to build their families and become good wives to their husbands and good mothers to their children.””. Mrs.Rosemary Uju Chukwuma, a mother of 5 Sons continued:
“It is also an Organization where women are optimally Empowered to start their own Businesses and where those already running their own Businesses are boosted to grow bigger.
We also Award Scholarships to indigent students so that they can successfully complete their education. Beyond this, we assist those in need of Employment. We also help widows by giving them funds, foodstuffs and clothings, so that they don’t feel isolated from the Society where they belong.
Above all, we empower them spiritually in the sense that we counsel them as well as pray with them. We pray with them so that their families do not collapse or scatter.”
Amb. Mrs Chukwuma stressed on the need for women to respect their husbands and train their children very well so that things will move according to the will of God.
She made it clear that what she is doing is not by her power. According to her:
“It is by the grace of God. I always pray to the Almighty God to give me wisdom, knowledge and understanding so that progress will come into this Women Ambassadors.
This Women Ambassadors is not a place where women come to disgrace or corrupt themselves. It is a very decent Organization where we maintain high Moral standards and maintain our dignity.
It’s an Organization where you’ll learn how to honour your husband as the Head of the family. When you look at us, you know that we are responsible women both in dressing, character and personal conduct.
She further emphasized the importance of healthy living by saying:
“In Women Ambassadors, I teach them about health and personal hygiene. Most women are carried away Businesses and as a result do not have time to take proper care of themselves. I organize Health Programs for them to check their Blood Pressure (BP), check their Sugar Levels and other health indicators.
When you are constantly checking your health conditions, you cannot die a premature death.” She finally passed a message of hope to women saying:”
Let them know how to comport themselves and bring their families together. They should not allow the devil to enter into their families. They should be prayerful, so that everything will move well.”Asked to appreciate those who have been supporting the Organization and those she expect to support, she offered:”
