In a recent development, the Lagos State Police Command has apprehended two individuals suspected of drug dealing within the state.
This information was conveyed by SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesperson for the State Police Command, through a statement released via his official handle.
According to the statement, operatives from the Sabo Division of the state police force conducted a surveillance patrol, during which they apprehended Orji Isaac, aged 67, in the act of selling drugs to Lekan Ganiyu, aged 22.
SP Hundeyin further stated that the suspects will undergo thorough investigation and subsequently be arraigned in court.
“Police officers from the Sabo Division, while conducting surveillance patrol, intercepted a drug transaction involving Orji Isaac, a 67-year-old male, and Lekan Ganiyu, a 22-year-old male.
“The two individuals will face legal proceedings following the completion of the investigation,” remarked Hundeyin.
