Alhaji Sule Lamido In an exclusive interview with Bellnews Online, stated that Peter Obi, Labour Party’s presidential candidate is immoral and becoming increasingly nomadic, moving from party to party.
According to him Peter Obi should have stayed in the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, and pushed the party in Nigeria If he believes in the party’s history and his own philosophy.
He also stated that what Obi Is experiencing is merely a social media phenomenon.
Lamido stated: “The younger generation goes after fancy things. Peter Obi is immoral; he should have remained in the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, and pushed the party in Nigeria.
He is who he is because he came from a sectoral party, a party from a certain enclave.”
“If he believes in the history of APGA and his own philosophy, he should not have joined the Labour Party. He is becoming increasingly nomadic, moving from party to party, yet he is still a wonderful person. What he is experiencing is a social media phenomenon.”
On 27 May 2022, Peter Obi joined Labour Party shortly after he quit the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in a bid to run for the 2023 Nigerian presidential election. The party’s membership and support increased drastically after Obi joined the party.
