The General Overseer and Lead pastor of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry, Pastor Godwin Ikuru in a video post via his church’s verified Facebook handle sent a warning message to Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche, the General overseer of Dunamis International Gospel Centre.
While speaking in the video: he said, This is a warning message to Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche and other pastors who are doing the same thing.
No political candidate should be invited to any church atleast for now. Pastors do not campaign for politicians, we only pray for all of them.
Speaking to pastor Dr Paul Enenche, he said, you are father to all the candidates that are running for the 2023 presidency not to a few.
Remember that report has it that pastor Paul Enenche invited some politicians to his church during their mid-year celebration service.
And during the service, he(pastor Paul Enenche) called them out to pray for them, each holding the Nigerian flag in his hands, one of the politicians invited for this very program was the presidential candidate for the labour party, Mr Peter Obi.
However, Pastor Godwin Ikuru does not believe that pastor Paul Enenche invited these politicians just to pray for them, according to him in the video: pastor Paul Enenche invited them to endorse their political ambitions.
Speaking vehemently he said, what pastor Paul Enenche did is not right, this can cause war please do not repeat such.
