The Labour Party of Nigeria has reacted to the statement made by the former Lagos State Governor and presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu against the party.
Recall that Bola Ahmed Tinubu told APC supporters during the party’s mega rally in Osun State that Labour Party is a mushroom group and that they will labour till death.
Reacting to the statement on its official Facebook page, Labour Party noted that instead of the National leader of the All Progressives Congress to be talking about his party and how they failed to fulfil their previous campaign promises, the former Lagos State Governor was talking about Labour Party.
The political party that has been enjoying massive support from many Nigerian youths on social media platforms said the Labour Party is now the biggest opposition in Nigeria.
The party posited that there is dignity in Labour and only criminals don’t labour and want to earn.
