An Educational Development Company, CAPPS Academic Championship in Collaboration with Nigeria–Overseas Communications are presenting Nigerian youths a rare opportunity to display their Talents and Sporting prowess.

This has propelled us to think on how best to build up a new spirit of Academic rebirth and excellence.” Continuing, the release pointed out that:”CAPPS Academic Championship is an annual national academic and sports Competition geared towards encouraging youth development, academic diligence and career choice rooted in life skills for Pupils/ Students in order to eradicate social vices such as: examination malpractices, cultism, anti intellectual disposition, curriculum inconsistency, fraudulent and tribal bigotry in admission procedures, moral decadence, idleness and unemployment among others.” In conclusion, it stated that:”The Registration is presently ongoing and there are two Categories. Category 1. Corporate Registration Form #10,000. Participant Fee is #1,500 per Candidate. Each school shall be made up of 11 players and 4 reserves, making a total of 15 players from each level of school ( Senior Primary, JSS/SSS). Category 2. Individual Registration Form is #1,000. Individual Participation Fee is#1,500 for a particular area of Championship. All registration fee at every level should be paid into the national designated account to the following Banks.
