Ahead of the 57th birthday celebration of Nyesom Wike, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory, the leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have stormed Port Harcourt, River State.
Bellnews gathered that the APC leaders were led to Port Harcourt by the national chairman of the ruling party, Abdullahi Ganduje, a former governor of Kano State.
Aminu Dahiru, Gaduje’s senior special assistant on visual communications and events said his principal visited River State alongside other party leaders to congratulate Wike on his birthday celebration.
Dahiru in a post on Facebook on Saturday, December 14, said, “The National Chairman of the All Ptogresives Congress (APC), Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje CON, visited Rivers State to congratulate the Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike, on his 57th birthday.
“During the visit Ganduje was together with members of the APC National Working Committee and some elders of the party,” he said.
The National chairman’s SSA also shared photos from the event alongside the Facebook post.
