Executive governor of Benue state, Samuel Ortom has named a newly constructed township road in Benue state after Nyesom Wike.
One of the projects inaugurated today, Monday was the township road constructed by the Ortom administration. The road is behind commissioner’s quarters, Makurdi, Benue state and it leads to Iyorchia Ayu’s house.
The road was commissioned by a former governor of Benue state, Gabriel Suswam.
You will recall that the executive governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike alongside governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde, governor of Enugu state, Ugwanyi and governor of Abia state, Okezie Ikpeazu recently visited their brother governor, Samuel Ortom in Benue state.
Part of the visit of the G-5 governors to Benue state was to join Samuel Ortom in inaugurating some projects in the state capital.
Samuel Ortom and his brother governors also took time to talk about the current issues in their party, the people’s democratic party ahead of the 2023 general elections.
