We don’t need a president that will be carried around in a wheelchair. While speaking with Nigerians living in Frankfurt, Germany, during a town hall meeting, the former governor of Anambra State and Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Gregory Obi made it known that the country does not need a President that will be carried in a wheelchair at this point in time when things are not really going well in the country, but a brilliant one who is capable of handling the affairs of the country, adding that all Presidential candidate should campaign in person instead of speaking through someone.
Peter Obi’s statement came days after it was reported that the Presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu and the Presidential candidate of NNPP, Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, were absent during the Nigeria Bar Association’s annual general conference which was held in Lagos State, however, Kashim Shettima during the NBA conference spoke on behalf of Bola Tinubu.
This is a good one from Peter Obi, looking at the current situation of the country, the people need to understand that as it stands now, Nigeria need vibrant candidate who can handle the affairs of the country, and rewrite the history of this great nation.
