Tonto Dikeh and Olakunle Churchill
Nollywood actress cum politician, Tonto Dikeh, has shared videos and photos of a private dinner with her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill and their son, King Andrea.
Bellnews reports that the dinner follows a reconciliation between the ex-couple after 10 years of separation.
Recall that in a recent emotional post shared on her Facebook page, Tonto attributed the reconciliation to divine intervention, humility and sustained prayers, stressing that what human efforts could not repair was healed through faith and obedience to God.
While describing the reunion as a divine restoration after years of public conflict and separation, Tonto Dikeh said peace has replaced chaos after nearly a decade of dispute, bitterness and broken communication.
According to the movie star, the renewed relationship was built on humility, forgiveness and love for their child, and encouraged people facing similar challenges not to lose hope.
In a post on her Instagram page on Wednesday, Tonto Dikeh expressed appreciation to God for rewriting their story, while thanking the founder of Streams of Joy, Pastor Jerry Eze, for his role in the reconciliation.
She wrote, “God has a way of rewriting stories men thought were over. This is grace speaking… and Hearts for Jesus obeying. Time failed. Grace prevailed.
“Time could not cancel what God ordained. Restoration has a voice and today it spoke. To my spiritual father, Papa @realjerryeze you will never see a better yesterday.
“Thank you for your unwavering submission to God’s call. Through you, God transformed who I once was into the woman I am becoming
strong, grounded, and full of His grace May God continually reward you beyond words.”
