The Nnewi rotation saga just took dangerous dimension as Igwe Nnewi Palace Chief who is allegedly acting under the directives of the palace have made a video saying Nnewichi has every fact right, but they are in minority and lacks money, power and influence.

The palace chief who goes with the Chieftaincy title Ojiakonobi said this while officially briefing Nnewi people on the outcome of the meeting held in Igwe Nnewi to discuss the crisis surrounding the rotation saga

Chief Anayo Nwosu who is the first from the palace to officially brief Nnewi people on the outcome of the meeting said that Nnewichi community presented facts and documents to proof that its their turn, but however, he said that they are minority and in every parliament, they minority may be saying the truth, but the majority will have their way.

He quickly added that in global politics, what is required is money, power and influence and Nnewichi community do not have money , power and influence while compared to Umudim; therefore, the meeting decided to extend the tenure of Umudim and Nnewichi was asked to wait for another two years.

Reacting to the development, sources close to the BoT Chairman said that he argued that Nnewichi failed to proof what they will lose if they wait for another two years. However, when Rt. Hon. Chukwudi Orizu was the deputy speaker, same Umudim refused for his tenure to be extended so that Nnewi will become speaker. Did Umudim community told Nnewi people what they will lose if they wait for Chukwudi Orizu to go for second tenure, or simply because the BoT Chairman was from Umudim, Umudim is not in minority and they willed money, power and influence, so they stopped Rt. Hon. Chukwudi Orizu from second tenure, but Nnewichi lacks all the quality needed.
