The appointment of Daniel Bwala, former campaign aide to Atiku Abubakar, by President Bola Tinubu, has sparked mixed reactions among Nigerians.

A statement released by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed the appointment alongside that of three others.
Reacting to the development, Bwala in a post via his account on the X platform, expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for the appointment.
He stated that the appointment reflects Tinubu’s confidence and trust in him. The new aide expressed that he was humbled and honored by the opportunity and pledged to excel in his new role.
“I want to express my profound gratitude to Mr President @officialABAT for the demonstration of confidence and trust by this appointment. I am indeed humbled and honoured to be called to serve our dear nation under the esteemed leadership of a courageous C-in-C and father,” he wrote.
