Ahead of the Saturday 28th September, 2024 Local Government election, scheduled to hold in Anambra State, the Young Progressive Party (YPP) has maintained clear lead against the both APGA waring camps in Nnewi North LGA.
While APGA has fielded Echezona Anazodo under Sly Ezeokenwa faction of APGA and Emeka Ojukwu under the current ruling Edozie Njoku faction of APGA, YPP have kept them on their toes and indicators shows that YPP maintains clear lead.
The YPP candidate Amb. Paul Muoneke Jp; the immediate past President Nnewi Youth Forum and the Propritor of Prudent Turtors Secondary school of Over 20 years has by his campaign engagement has presented flawless arguments against APGA candidates who continued to indict Mr. Governor for not developing Nnewi North LGA, because of opposition politics.

Soludo has massively developed Onitsha which is core Labour Party area and Awka too without minding their political party affiliation. Further fact check has shown that Nnewi has voted for three House of Assembly members from APGA in the past and the party has no capital projects completed to show ndi Nnewi as evidence of APGA party activism.
Is gradually becoming clear that APGA is left with the option of rigging the election in Nnewi North LGA come Saturday.
