It was a sad morning at Daki Biyu community, a suburb of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, following the arrival of bulldozer on Monday, December 4.
Bellnews understands that official of the FCT development control unit had stormed the community to pull down illegal structures and shanties on the orders of FCT minister, Nyesom Wike.
Recall that Wike recently ordered the demolition of illegal structures and shanties as part of efforts to rid the city of criminality.
Overtime, Wike has continuously restated his commitment to ensure strict adherence to the Abuja master plan.
