Napoli are looking to sign Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus as a potential replacement for Victor Osimhen, according to Calciomercato.
Osimhen led the club to their first Serie A title in 33 years last season.
The Super Eagles star also topped the league scoring charts with 26 goals.
However, his future at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona remains uncertain after a row over a post on the club’s official TikTok account.
His agent threatened to sue Napoli after the incident, but the Italian club claimed no offence was intended, although they did not apologise.
The incident has left a January exit for Osimhen very likely, and Napoli appear to be searching for a replacement already.
Rudi Garcia’s side have identified Jesus as one option, along with Lille’s Jonathan David and Atletico Madrid’s Alvaro Mor.
