Bandits in Kaduna State have burnt down St. Raphael Parish in Fadan Kamantan, Kafanchan Diocese, killing a seminarian, Na’aman Danlami.
Bellnews reports that this incident took place on Thursday night.
The bandits reportedly invaded the parish house in the late hours of Thursday and set it on fire. This newspaper learnt that some priests escaped, but Danlami, who was serving as a seminarian at the church, was caught by the fire.
The body of the deceased has been deposited at the mortuary.
The Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria in Kaduna State, Rev. John Hayab, who confirmed the incident said, “It is very sad that killings and this type of evil are still going on.”
