Nigeria’s President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Friday met with the chairman, and chief executive officer of the Dangote group, Aliko Dangote and billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, in Abuja.
Bellnewsonline.com reports that Dangote and Otedola paid the All Progressives Congress Presidential candidate in the just-concluded election a congratulatory visit after his victory at the polls.
Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had on Wednesday declared Tinubu as the winner of the presidential election and also issued him a certificate of return.
Tinubu secured 8,794,726 votes to defeat Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) who had the second-highest figure with 6,984,520 votes, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) who polled 6,101,533 votes.
