SKB Ogbuagu, the Acting Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Udi Local Government Area (LGA) of Enugu state, is dead.
Bellnewsonline.com learned that Chairman Ogbuagu collapsed during a town hall meeting of the Enugu gubernatorial candidate, Barrister Peter Mbah at Ezeagu Local Government Area (LGA).
Towards the end of the rally, the Chairman, said to be an asthmatic patient, had a crisis. He was then rushed to a nearby hospital where he gave up the ghost.
In a piece of related news, the PDP Enugu North Senatorial zone Campaign Council has described the recent demise of Igwe Spencer Ugwuoke as a huge loss to the entire Wawa land.
Igwe Ugwuoke, the late traditional ruler of Obimo community, in Nsukka LGA of Enugu State, mounted the throne at the age of 35 years.
He was regarded as the oldest reigning traditional ruler in Enugu State.
A delegation to his palace in Obimo on Thursday was led by Barr. Vincent Egechukwu Obetta, the Director-General (DG) of the PDP Enugu North Senatorial Zone Campaign Council.
