The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2023 election, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has named the latest PDP partner to APC and in his statement he named Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State as “the latest partner in progress”.
Bellnewsonline.com reports that Tinubu who stated this through his spokesman in the southeast region, Josef Onoh, said the ruling party awaits the final decision of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State.
Recall that Messrs Ugwuanyi and Ikpeazu constitute the famed G5, a group of five aggrieved governors of the main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which also includes governors Samuel Ortom, Nyesom Wike and Seyi Makinde of Benue, Rivers and Oyo states.
“We must commend governors Hope Uzodinma of Imo state, Engr. Dave Umahi of Ebonyi state and Charles Soludo of Anambra state.
“These three governors have come to realize that political affinities are borne out of a mutual ‘you rub my back and I’d rub yours’ scenario.
“I also commend Chimaroke Nnamani and our latest partner in progress, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu state.
“We await Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state to take a stand let’s all pursue a full loaf of bread for the southeast together,” Vanguard quotes Onoh as saying on Sunday.

That’s their decision, they have only one vote just like me.
Soludo is a saboteur. We have seen the type of Taiwan Dubai he promised us—++++ Taxation everywhere, even beggars on the street pay taxes now in Anambra.
